499.03 - Cortical Stimulant Administration

Purpose: Prevent neural decay in hypoxic or teleporter-injured patients.
Steps:

1. Attach cortical electrodes to frontal/temporal lobes.

2. Set stimulator to 10Hz (adjust per species: Vulcans tolerate 15Hz).

3. Titrate until biobed shows EEG coherence >90%.
   Contraindication: Do not use on patients with psi-active neurochemistry (e.g., Betazoids).
